An APK file is the installation package for Android apps. You can install an APK file on an Android device by following the process below:
Allow installations from unknown sources: Go to the settings of your Android device, select "Security" or "Privacy" and activate the "Unknown sources" option. This will allow the installation of apps that do not come from the Google Play Store.

Open the APK file: Navigate to the location where the APK file is saved, either in your file manager or in the download folder. Tap on the APK file to start the installation process.
Confirm installation: A warning will appear indicating that you want to install an app. Tap on "Install" to continue.
Follow the instructions: After you have tapped on "Install", the app will be installed on your device. Wait until the installation process is complete.
Open the app: After installation, you will find the app on your home screen or in the app overview. Tap on the app icon to open and use the app.
